Standard time is 7-10 business days from approval of design and selection of apparel. Rush service is available for additional fee.  Larger orders and multiple embroidery locations may take longer.

We prefer vector format as they retain the original artwork quality and resolution.  However, we are able to work with customers artwork provided in jpg and png format.  Note in some cases additional fees may be charged to make your artwork print ready.  

Yes, for embroidery the setup fee starts at $40 for left chest embroidery designs or hats.  $60 setup charge for your logo on left chest and hats.   This is a one-time fee for each logo / design.  We recommend if you plan on ordering hats with the same logo in the future that you choose the combined setup.   The customer will receive a photo of the stitch out for approval before the job will be able to move into production.

Keyboard Text only embroidery jobs do not require a setup fee.   Keyboard Text is defined as our standard embroidery fonts.  Typically for names on shirts, Christmas stockings, etc.

Promotional products the setup fee is determined by the item selected.

Other apparel decoration setup cost is determined by the decoration method, number of colors, and quantity.

Because every customer’s order is unique from their decoration needs to the blank apparel selected and the quantity.  We ask that you submit your inquiry for an estimate.  The catalogs provide pricing for the blank apparel without decoration cost.  Minimum embroidery charge is $15.  Secondary embroidery locations for $12.  Secondary location is defined as any additional embroidery location beyond the primary design location.

Apparel decoration pricing is heavily dependent on the size, complexity of the design and the quantity being ordered.  Polo shirts typically are decorated with a left chest logo with a maximum size of 4×4 inches.  Embroidery charges are dependent on the size, complexity and number of stitches.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, our embroidery costs are separate from the item being embroidered.

We are located on the Far East side of Tucson, AZ in Vail school district.  Major cross streets – Houghton Rd and Mary Ann Cleveland.   We do not have a store front location for you to drop by.   Please contact us for an appointment for your specific project.

This is handled on a case by case basis for embroidery only projects.  Although we do our best to prevent any issues, we will not be responsible for customer supplied items that are lost or damaged.

We accept cash, Zelle Transfers, all major credit cards, most debit cards and business checks.  Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

We also accept Purchase Orders from pre-approved businesses and organizations.
